What is the Hacienda's policy regarding early arrivals and late departures?

For early arrivals, we inform you that if the room is available, it will be delivered without additional charge; if the room is not yet ready, guests can wait in the hotel facilities until the room is available for delivery.

For late check-outs, a request must be made at reception and, depending on the projected occupancy, late check-out may or may not be granted.

What is the minimum age to register with Hacienda Combia?

Rooms are sold and registered to adults. Minors must always be accompanied by their parents or, failing that, by a responsible adult who can prove that the parents have given permission to travel with the minor.

What payment methods does Hacienda Combia offer on the website or upon arrival?

We accept credit card payments through our website, or through a payment link, or with a dataphone directly at the hotel reception. We also handle bank transfers and deposits or cash payments.

What is the Hacienda's cancellation policy?

Cancellation of individual reservations for low season must be requested in writing to the email reservas@combia.com.co, at least 24 hours before the guest's arrival, otherwise the value of the first night's accommodation will be charged.

Cancellation of individual reservations for high season must be requested in writing to the email reservas@combia.com.co, at least 48 hours before the guest's arrival, otherwise the value of the first night's accommodation will be charged.

Cancellations for group reservations must be made at least 15 days prior to the group's arrival, whether for high or low season. This must be reported to the email reservas@combia.com.co. Otherwise, the value of the first night's accommodation will be charged.

The reservation is guaranteed until 11:59 pm on the night of arrival.

Confirmed reservations that do not check in at the established time will be considered as No Show and 100% of the value of the first night will be charged; the system will automatically cancel all the nights reserved.

What is the smoking policy at Hacienda Combia?

Smoking is not permitted in the hotel's rooms and common areas. Smoking is permitted in open spaces where people do not pass through.

Does the Hacienda allow pets?

We accept small pets weighing less than 10 kg. There is no charge. They must always wear a collar, leash and identification within the hotel facilities. The owner must pick up the pet's waste and dispose of it in the designated place. You must not enter the restaurant with your pet while we are in service hours. To eat with your pet, you can sit at the table in the avocado tree area in front of the pool. If you are leaving the hotel for a tourist site, you must take your pet with you, as it must not be left alone in the room. A maximum of 1 pet is allowed per room.

What are the pool hours?

We have a pool with an endless effect. It is in use from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm

What are the restaurant's hours?

We have a restaurant open from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm. Last order for main course at 8:30 pm.

Where is Hacienda Combia located?

We are located at km 4 of La Bella, on the Valle road, Calarcá, Quindío. 10 minutes from the Quindío Botanical Garden and Butterfly Farm.

Does Hacienda Combia offer free parking?

We have two free parking spaces for our guests and visitors.

How to get to the hotel from the airport?

We are located 20 minutes from El Edén International Airport in the city of Armenia.

Events and Plans at Hacienda Combia

Does Hacienda Combia offer a day pass?

We offer day passes with prior reservation. This includes use of the pool and wet area from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Restrictions contemplated in our biosafety protocol apply.

How can I book my birthday or other types of events at the Hacienda?

You must request your quote by emailing directorgeneral@combia.com.co indicating the details of the event, such as date, number of people, type of event, assembly and audiovisual aid requirements, food and beverage requirements, accommodation requirements, etc.
